Richelle Mead has written five book series. Three of them are adult series and two are YA series. Her debut series was published in 2007.
Mead's first series is for an adult audience. The series is entitled the Georgina Kincaid series, which includes: Succubus Blues, Succubus on Top (available as an ebook), Succubus Dreams (available as an ebook), Succubus Heat (available as an ebook), Succubus Shadows and Succubus Revealed (available as an ebook).
Succubus Blues is an adult fantasy series. Georgina is a succubus, she can shape shift into anything she wants to be. However, Georgina is not your average succubus; her life is not filled with glam that is expected of creature that can change into anything she desires. While Georgina is working in a bookstore she meets the love of her life, the man who can change everything. At the same time there is something dangerous in the demon underground and Georgina has fallen in the middle of it.
Mead's second adult series is the Dark Swan series, which includes: Storm Born, Thorn Queen, Iron Crowned and Shadow Heir.
Storm Born is the story of Eugenie Markham, a shaman, in one of her jobs tracking down a young girl who has been taken to the otherworld, Eugenie, finds out about prophecy involving her first born that will threaten the future of the world. Eugenie becomes a target, and needs allies to save her. She finds Dorian, a fairy king, and Kiyo, a shape shifter. Eugenie is running out of time and finds that even though her enemies are bold her own growing powers are very dangerous…

Mead's first YA series include: Vampire Academy, Frostbite, Shadow Kiss, Blood Promise, Spirit Bound, Last Sacrifice.
Vampire Academy tells the story of Rose Hathaway is a Dhampir, guardian of the Moroi princess. A Dhampir is half human and half vampire. The Moroi are mortal vampires living among humans. Rose’s mission is to protect Lisa from the Strigio. Strigio are the evil vampires who hunt the Moroi. The Vampire Academy film was released in February 2014.
Due to the success of the Vampire Academy series a spin-off was created entitled Bloodlines. The order of that series goes as follows: Bloodlines, The Golden Lily, The Indigo Spell, The Fiery Heart and Silver Shadows. The last book in the series will be entitled The Ruby Circle and will be released in February 2015.
Bloodline tells the story of Sydney Sage. Sydney is an alchemist, the alchemist are in charge of keeping the vampire secrets from humans. After is in charge of hidden Moroi Princess Jill, in a boarding school in Palm Springs, California. Sydney is forced to live in close proximity to both Jill and Dhampir guardians. To the Alchemist the Moroi and Dhampir are unnatural creatures that should not be befriended. In Palm Springs Sydney finds that her job is harder than she expected… there are many forces at play trying to find Jill.
Mead's latest adult series is entitled the Age of X. The first book in the series Gameboard of the Gods is followed by The Immortal Crown.
