FC Modular is working with Brooklyn Workforce Innovations and the  Brooklyn Navy Yard Employment Center to hire trade associates with experience in construction.

FC Modular is currently building the world's tallest modular building in a factory in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.

FREE training opportunities will be available for less experienced candidates.

Training will include:  Blueprint reading, tool usuage, plumbing and more.

In order to be considered, you must attend an Information Session on one of the following dates:

• Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at 10 am
• Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 3:30 pm   
• Wednesday, February 18, 2015 at 10 am

• Any related Construction Certifications

Eligibility Requirements: 

• Have at least one year on construction trade experience including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, pipefitting or in a related trade.
• Able to perform 8+ hours of physical labor each day 
• 18 years or older
• NYC resident and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• Math and Reading test will be administered
• Able to commit to full time training including night shift
• Drug test and criminal background check is required
