Last June, Paul Yoon rose from his seat to raucous applause as he was announced the winner of the Fourteenth Young Lions Fiction Award. An excerpt from his debut novel, "Snow Hunters," was read aloud by Boardwalk Empire actor Michael Stuhlbarg, and Paul received the $10,000 prize as well as a place next to several of our brightest young writers: Karen Russell, Wells Tower, Andrew Sean Greer, and many more. Experience "Snow Hunters" firsthand and meet our winner as he discusses his work with his wife (and fellow brilliant writer), Laura van den Berg.
