Our fall Lenox & Astor Reading Group welcomes Susan Minot, award-winning novelist and short story writer. Ms. Minot will lead a conversation about Evan S. Connell's debut novel, “Mrs. Bridge.” Winner of the O. Henry Prize and Pushcart Prize, Ms. Minot is the author of “Thirty Girls,” “Monkeys,” “Folly,” “Lust and Other Stories,” “Poems 4 A.M.,” and “Rapture.” Ms. Minot's “Evening” was adapted into the 2007 feature film of the same name starring Meryl Streep.

A complimentary copy of "Mrs. Bridge" will be provided in advance.
