This event will take place in person at the Morningside Heights Library.

Conéctate, equilibra y desafíate con Yoga en español. Esta clase de Vinyasa Yoga incluye flujos de intensidad media que te llevarán desde el saludo al sol hasta una postura máxima final. Ven y concéntrate en las inversiones y la respiración para ayudarte a mejorar tu práctica personal mientras brindas conciencia y una nueva experiencia. Se recomiendan tapetes, pero no son obligatorios, y todos los niveles son bienvenidos.

Connect, balance, and challenge yourself with Yoga in Spanish. This Vinyasa Yoga class includes mid-intensity flows that will move you seamlessly from sun salutation to a final peak pose. Come focus on inversions and breath work to help improve your personal practice while bringing awareness and a new experience. Mats are recommended but not required and all levels are welcome.

Shape Up NYC is a free group fitness program with locations across the five boroughs. Fitness classes like aerobics, bootcamp, Zumba, and much more. Our fitness instructors know how to make fitness fun!

Shape Up NYC is a free program. You do not need to be a member of a recreation center in order to attend a class, though you must bring a lock and a government-issued ID for classes held at recreation centers.
