Head to Home Plate with Summer Reading



Celebrate New York City's TOP Summer Readers of 2010 at Yankee Stadium on Thursday, September 2 at 1:05PM.

Please join Brooklyn Public Library, The New York Public Library and Queens Library for a special event with the top children and teen readers of Summer Reading 2010. A child and a teen from each borough will be escorted into the field and honored at home plate before the game begins.

The 2010 Summer reading Program is presented by Queens Library, The New York Public Library, and Brooklyn Public Library in partnership with the NEw York City Department of Education, School Library Services, Division of Teaching and Learning.
