We're closing out Asian Pacific American Heritage Month with volume 3 of our coloring books, celebrating that heritage by featuring dance in Asia. Both Asian and Asian American dance have long been represented in our collections, including materials collected during the Dance Division's three-year Asia Project to work with local governments and artists to document dance and support dance archives in the region. Our latest coloring book features 10 images from the more than 3,000 rare books, over 5,000 photographs, manuscripts, and films we hold on dance in Asia and Asian diasporic dance.

We've created 12 coloring book volumes—you can find links to all of them below.

Join us on Facebook and Twitter and post your art (#danceincolor), or you can email your masterpiece to dance@nypl.org.
